Points decided by the server
Balances, claims, referrals and member prices are computed in one database transaction. The numbers a phone sends are ignored.
Limits on codes and logins
Staff access codes and admin logins lock after repeated failures. The check-in QR at reception expires after five minutes.
Notifications without names
A lock-screen push never carries a client's name. The detail waits inside the app, behind their login.
Export and delete on request
Clients export their data or delete their account from the app. Records are anonymised across every table, not just one.
No payments inside the app
No card on file, no stored balance, no payment processor. Clients pay you at the clinic, exactly as they do today.
